New Tools and Resources Empower Homeowners to Customize Their Clare Controls System
Dallas, TX, October 15, 2015 — Supporting its mission of giving homeowners more control and flexibility over their home automation systems, Clare Controls is unveiling new tools and resources at CEDIA EXPO 2015, including the new ClareHome app, myClareHome.com customer portal, and dedicated customer support. These new services enable users to easily interact with their Clare Controls systems.
With new features in the ClareHome app, homeowners using Android and IOS devices can set schedules, create automation scenes, conduct multi-step actions, and create notifications with DIY-like ease. At the same time, integrators have complete visibility of these changes and can remotely view, add, delete, reconfigure, and recover previous versions.
The myClareHome.com portal provides homeowners with important information about their systems, as well as a gateway to purchase add-on devices for system expansion including ClareVue Lighting components, budget cameras, and other accessories. After the purchase, the integrator is notified to schedule the installation.
While homeowners enjoy the DIY-like ease and empowerment provided by a ClareHome environment, they may require additional support. To meet these needs, Clare Controls created a dedicated 7 days a week/365 days a year customer support hotline to field questions and handle technical support.

Set, view, and modify schedules for single and multi-application events for systems integrated with Clare Controls, including lighting, climate, security, door locks, garage door, and more. Schedules can be created and managed based on day, time, or astronomical set points (sunrise, sunset).
Create, manage, and modify one-touch scenes via easy-to-use menus.
Set and receive mail or text notifications triggered by events to know when a door has been unlocked or a sensor has been tripped.
